Know the number

The full amount. Not the fine-print version.

Compare the same formulation, supply period, and included services. A weekly equivalent provides context, not a payment schedule.

What is included?

Only inclusions stated in the specific offer should be treated as included. Check consultation, required labs, medication if prescribed, supplies, shipping, and follow-up where relevant.

Is a weekly equivalent a weekly charge?

No. Weekly and per-unit amounts are comparison figures. Review the prominent total, actual payment timing, and any recurring commitment before authorizing payment.

Does supply duration mean a subscription?

Not by itself. A supply period describes the listed configuration. Renewal, cancellation, and future-price terms need their own review.

What if my treatment changes?

Ask the clinical and billing teams to confirm the updated prescription, supplied items, and applicable charges. Do not assume every item in a preferred bundle will be prescribed or a refund has been approved.

How do I ask about a charge?

Use the support route in your patient account or order confirmation. Keep the order reference handy. Never email full card numbers.
